Seymore Green Return Policy

At Seymore Green, every item is created with care and authenticity. Because most of our products are custom-made or consumable, all sales are final. Please read our policy below before placing your order.


Custom Work & Apparel

  • No returns or exchanges on custom orders (including T-shirts, hoodies, or any personalized printing).

  • All apparel is made-to-order and cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns based on size, color, or style preferences. Please double-check your order details before confirming.


CBD & Hemp-Derived Products

  • Due to the consumable nature of these products, all CBD, THCa, and hemp-related product sales are final.

  • We guarantee all products are 2018 Farm Bill compliant, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number, photos, and details of the issue.

  2. If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement item.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are not offered on apparel, custom items, or CBD/hemp products. In rare cases where a refund is approved (such as a product being out of stock after purchase), funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
